Because the route to the summit includes rough, unpaved roads, we performed a visual inspection of NINJA after its arrival. The optical system, cable connections, and other key components were checked one by one, and no abnormalities were found. We are pleased to report that the transport to the summit was completed successfully. NINJA will now spend some time on the observing platform overlooking the Subaru Telescope while awaiting its installation at the Nasmyth focus.
